• Contracts - Upon request, a contract will be drawn up between the restaurant and the client defining the arrangements made for the function. One copy must be signed and returned to secure the date as a definite reservation.
• Deposits- A deposit is required for each event planned. This deposit secures the room for the event, makes the reservation definite, and is subtracted from the final bill. If cancellation is necessary, the deposit is refundable with two weeks prior notice to the booking date.
• Gratuity & Sales Tax - All food, beverage, and additional charges are subject to our customary 18% service charge and 5.6% sales tax.
• Room Set Up - The catering department should be notified of any special requests regarding the room set up. If no special arrangements are noted, we take it upon ourselves to arrange the room accordingly to suit you and your guests comfortably and to allow ample space for efficient service by our wait staff.
• Decorations - We will be happy to assist you in displaying any special decorations (confetti will not be allowed) that you might bring, however, all decorations must be discussed with a Manager. Someone will walk through the room at the end of the event to make an assessment. A fee will be administered for any damages done (ex. staples or nail holes, etc.) or for certain types of decorations that may need to be cleaned up.
• Audio/Visual Equipment - We are pleased to assist you with any and all special arrangements for audio/visual equipment for your function. Our department has a CD player, TV, VCR, and a wireless microphone available upon request. Any additional equipment may be obtained. Fees will be instituted accordingly.
