Loyalty Terms
  • There is a five day processing period to activate your card. On your next visit you will start earning points and can use your $10 gift card value.
  • No points awarded for Beverage Purchase only.
  • No points awarded for redeemed point dollars on your loyalty card.
  • Whole dollars spent equal points. (For example $25.99 = 25 points).
  • For every 100 points you earn your points will be automatically converted to a $10.00 gift card value.
  • Only the person paying the bill may be credited for the points.
  • Splitting points will not be allowed even if multiple credit cards or payments are used to pay the bill.
  • To qualify for points on party functions you must be an active card member before your event.
  • Points are not given for parties of 13 or more on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Parties on Sunday thru Thursday will be given points with a maxium of 500 points awarded.
  • Please present your card at time of payment to be credited for points.
  • No points can be given for previous purchases for any reason.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to become a card member.
  • The Highland House reserves the right to change the rules or prizes, audit your account or terminate the program at anytime without advance notice.
  • $5.00 reprocessing fee if your card is lost or stolen.
  • Federal and State tax liabilities remain the responsibility of the card member.
  • Employees of Highland House are not eligible for membership.
  • Card will be deactivated if not used in 365 days (1 year).

Loyalty Benefits
Your UserName is the number located on the back of your card (all numbers without spaces). Your Password is the prmiatry member's birthdate MMDD. (Example: 0301)
